Note: You will work on this individually and submit this by 2pm. The purpose is to identify what is good and what needs improvement concerning a VFT. This activity should give you an idea of what you can do [or not do] in terms of your group’s VFT.
Your task is to find an online virtual field trip and critique it using the same grading rubric given to you in class on September 1. You cannot use any of the ones provided or shown in class. The topic must be on some aspect of physical geography (rocks/landforms/hydrology etc.) and/or have a physical geography emphasis. 1/2 credit for doing a VFT without following these guidelines. Any location in the world is acceptable.
To submit:
1. A completed grading rubric, as done in class on Sept 1.
2. One paragraph that provides the following:
A summary of the VFT, including the VFT web address
Two (at minimum) great aspects of the VFT that you would like to integrate into your own
Two (at minimum) aspects of the trip that need improvement
